  • What is Sublimation?

    Sublimation is a printing technique. First you print your design on
    a type of paper, then you transfer the ink on the fabric using a heat press.
    The result is a coloured piece of fabric that it doesn’t fade or change it’s
    attributes.
  • Why Coolmax fabric?

    Coolmax is a type of lightweight polyester that dries fast, doesn’t smell and feels awesome to the skin. It doesn’t have holes so you don’t get itchy and it looks amazing.
    It’s perfect for either working out, doing daily activities than involve sweat and you can even wear it without hesitation for a walk in the park.
  • Do you have any ready-to-ship Jerseys?

    Follow us on instagram to get informed when limited collections drop.
    Themed jerseys might drop through the year and be the first to get them.
  • Why jerseys take time to ship?

    All of our personalised jerseys follow one specific path from our store cart to your skin.
    We send your order to our production line and they make it from scratch. That’s the only way to have the perfect result. When we get it from the production line, we double-check everything and pack it. Then you get an email with your shipping details.

    It’s a difficult task to force our jerseys in a production line, so basically depending on the workload, there is a chance that will be ready even sooner than 2 weeks.

  • Can you make me a jersey for a 3on3 squad?

    Yes. You can either chose any personalised jersey, or message Jimmy at jimmy@rantjam.com
    to talk about options. We encourage you to pick a personalised set (jersey and shorts).
  • Can I get only a design from you?

    Jimmy can design things. You can get a logo or a concept for your basketball team, but first you must message him on jimmy@rantjam.com to explain your vision. If your vision is something that Jimmy can make it a reality, then you will have your result before you know it!
  • Why you don’t have simple designs?

    Because we don’t like simple designs. Jimmy’s vision was to go over the top while keeping cool aesthetics. We like crazy things.
  • Can everyone get a limited t-shirt?

    Yes, as long as you don’t waste time and order your size. If we find out that there is a greater need of a tee, we might try to re-stock it. But generally, we prefer to shuffle things up a bit after every release. It keeps us alert and energised.
  • I checked the sizing guide but still dunno my size

    It might happen, everyone has a different body type. The most accurate way to possibly suggest you something is by messaging us on jimmy@rantjam.com and we will do our best to figure it out together!
  • Can I order some jerseys for my streetball squad?

    That’s why we did this company. For literally every streetball player in the world to be able to get some over the top jerseys and look cooler than professionals. We encourage you to get a personalised jersey, a tee and some shorts to get the best look on the court. You can wear the Tee after the games to sweat it out.
  • Can I buy wholesale from you for my eshop?

    Long story short, you can, but we encourage you to find local suppliers and try to do it the hard way. It will help you understand many things about your products. We always evolve and the easiest way to evolve is through toughness.
  • Why sublimation?

    Because it’s simply the only way to be creative and keep a great quality at the same time.
    Names, numbers and logos never change and your imagination is the limit!
  • What are personalised Jerseys?

    Personalised jerseys is an idea we came up with, that everyone can get something to stand out in the crowd while avoiding to place a big order. We got a selection of designs, and we push to get more and more.
  • Can I make my team look cooler?

    Yes you can. It’s simple. Either pick one of our designs that you can find in ”Customs” section, or if you want something else just message us on jimmy@rantjam.com . Jimmy himself will respond and work with you to figure out the details.
  • Why personalised jerseys cannot be returned?

    Because they are customised just for you. They are ‘made to order’, so when you place the order, make sure you double-checked our size chart!
  • Why you use only local production lines?

    Using local production, it’s the only way to control all the small details on the jerseys.
    Also we support localised production because everyone can get involved! Maybe we sacrifice quantity, but we surely don’t sacrifice quality. At the end of the day, when you drive to the rim or shoot a 3 in your local basketball court, you will feel good.
  • Why the personalised sets are different than the personalised jerseys?

    Because the sets are referring mostly to a bigger group of people. We keep a more plain approach to the design of the shorts (no pockets, generic length, flatlock seems) and jerseys. That’s why is much more affordable.
  • Can you add our logos and sponsors to your designs?

    In order to have a great result, we need the logos on a good quality, preferably png or pdf.
    Sometimes your logo might be low quality (less than 200 dpi). That will make it blurry and would be a hell to fix it. You can message Jimmy at jimmy@rantjam.com  for details.
  • Can you make clothes for companies or for student programmes?

    Yes we can. We are not a merchandise factory though. We can do specific things the best way possible. Message us on jimmy@rantjam.com for your needs.
  • Can I order some jerseys for my beach bar/ sea sports company?

    Yes. You can either pick a design you like and add your logos , or we make something from scratch. Usually beach jerseys don’t need colour limitations, numbers or weird seems. You need it as lightweight as possible. We can definately do it. Message us on jimmy@rantjam.com.
  • Can I buy wholesale from my clothing shop?

    Even though it’s difficult, we will try to be there for you. Message Jimmy at jimmy@rantjam.com .

Shipping Information

  • What shipping methods are available?

    We use Fedex for all orders in European Union – United States.
  • How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    If all items are in stock you will get it as soon as possible. If there are any personalised products, we ship it as a whole (to avoid shipping costs). So it will take 2-4 weeks  or check  the instructions on checkout.
  • Do I need to pay custom clearance or VAT?

    For purchases outside EU, please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    We are a new company, and we are working hard to find ways to ship worlwide.
    If you don’t find your country in the guest form on checkout, don’t hesitate to email us on jimmy@rantjam.com and we will try our best
  • My country is not on the list

    Message us on jimmy@rantjam.com to see if we have any updates for you. We focus on the details and this is our vision. If we can add your country, we will do it sooner than you think!

Payment Information

  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    Our payments are powered by VivaWallet and Paypal. You can safely pay, using any type of card as you see in the checkout.

Orders and Returns

  • Do you accept returns?

    We accept returns on ready made clothes (basically t-shirts or streetwear jerseys), but the customer has to pay for the shipping.

    On personalized or items that are in back-order, we don’t accept returns because these things are basically custom. So please for the love of God check our sizing guide before placing any order!

    It’s really difficult for both of us if any sizing mistake is made, so if you are not sure of what size you wear, take a minute to message us on jimmy@rantjam.com with your height – weight and what is your normal size in other similar products from other companies.

    We will be more than happy to assist.

  • How do I place an Order?

    You check sizing guide carefully and every instruction that you can find in the product page. Then you add it in the card and BOOM. Then the ball is in our court.
  • When do I get my money back?

    We try to be as fast as possible. As soon as we pick it up and inspect it, if everything is ok, we return your money and it might take a few days to see them in your balance.
  • Do you accept returns on customized or personalized items?

    We cannot accept returns on personalized or customized products, unless they are faulty. Generally, we double check everything that leaves our place to make sure that everything is 100% perfect. We take quality control seriously, because this is what separates us from bigger and more massive clothing brands.
  • How Do I Track My Order?

    As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number and any estimates.
